Addiction
Addiction : Most of the time, the temptation is just too big. Just one button, one fingertip to dive into the vortex, to feel numb again. Forget about the rest, anesthesize the mind. Somehow it is comforting, perhaps knowing that, doing nothing at all, there is no way to fail anything. And the time vanishes as well. Why would anyone refuse the sweetness? After all, there is no consequence, right?
